Amnesty Design was a pioneering Hungarian game studio founded in Budapest in 1991 and best known for the deep space strategy game Reunion for Amiga and MS-DOS. Blending real-time strategy, colony management and story-driven missions, Reunion showcased the team’s ambition and technical skill at a time when Eastern European developers were just entering the global market. Later the company adopted the name Digital Reality and continued to build acclaimed strategy titles such as the Imperium Galactica series, but Reunion remains its iconic DOS release.
